CDL-A OTR TEAM DRIVERS — HOME WEEKLY

$1,500 GUARANTEED WEEKLY MINIMUM PER DRIVER

Big Slab Truckin, Inc., an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring full-time CDL-A OTR team truck drivers based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, near Memphis.

This is a home-weekly, unassigned FedEx Ground team-driving position operating Tuesday through Saturday. Most routes travel west from the Memphis area and return each week.

Established CDL-A teams and individual drivers willing to be paired with a qualified co-driver are encouraged to apply.

Pay and schedule

• $1,500 guaranteed weekly minimum per driver

• $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid out over 90 days)

• $0.82 CPM, split between the team

• Tuesday - Saturday OTR schedule

• Home weekly

• Full-time, year-round position

To qualify for the weekly guarantee, drivers must be available and ready to work the entire Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule.

• 100% no-touch freight

• Drop-and-hook freight

• FedEx Ground hub-to-hub routes

• Domiciled in Olive Branch, Mississippi

• Unassigned routes with destinations determined weekly

• Most routes operate west of Memphis

• Current and former FedEx Ground team drivers receive priority consideration

This is an unassigned position, so destinations may change each week based on FedEx Ground dispatch needs. It is not a dedicated lane.

CDL-A driver requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Doubles/Triples endorsement

• At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Willingness and ability to operate as an OTR team driver

• Ability to meet DOT, FedEx Ground, and company qualification standards

• Dependable and available Tuesday through Saturday

• Commitment to safe and professional truck operation
