1. Fulfillment Policy
Forward Arrow Solutions Ltd. (“FAST,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides subscription access to its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, FAST, designed to support motor carriers and independent operators with fleet financial tools, reporting, and analytics.
All services are delivered electronically and accessible through the FAST platform at https://www.forwardarrowsolutions.com.
Upon successful completion of the registration and payment process, customers will receive immediate access to their FAST subscription. Account setup, onboarding, and access to features are facilitated directly through the FAST platform.

2. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing period has commenced. However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in the following cases:
Billing Errors: If a customer is mistakenly overcharged or charged in error, a full or partial refund will be issued upon verification of the discrepancy.
First-Time Subscriptions: Customers who cancel their subscription within 7 days of the first paid billing cycle (following the free trial period) may be eligible for a prorated refund.
Service Disruption: If the FAST platform experiences significant and sustained outages (24 hours or longer), the customer may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
Refunds can be requested by emailing support@helpdesk.fx-fast.com within 30 days of the billing date.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the customer online billing portal. To cancel through the billing portal, follow these steps:
Navigate to the FAST Platform
Go to Company Settings
Open the Billing Portal
Under "Your Active Services," select "Manage"
Click on "Actions" and choose "Request Cancellation"
Alternatively, customers may also send an email to support@helpdesk.fx-fast.com requesting cancellation of their FAST subscription services.
Customers remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation. Upon cancellation, access to the FAST platform will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account will be suspended.
