Your Next Steps:

1. Look for the “New User Registration” email from Forward Arrow Solutions
   • This email contains your login information
   • Keep this information some place safe.
2. Review and Accept Terms of Service
3. Add your Domicile(s). You only need to add the terminals you dispatch from most often.
4. Sync your ELD and other data connections
   • Find your ELD provider from the list of icons follow the steps to complete integration.
   • Depending on your provider it can take a few business days for the data feed to be established.
5. Set Default Pay Rates and Company Specific Settings
   • Search ‘Payroll Setup’ in the Helpdesk for more articles
   • Feel free to schedule a call and your account rep can guide you through setting up your pay rules.
6. Upload previous Settlement Statements
   • We recommend importing your last 6-8 weeks worth of settlement data.
   • Navigate to the Payroll Tools and click “Upload CSV Settlement File”
7. Add Drivers and Tractors
   • Drivers and Tractors on uploaded settlements will automatically be added to your account.
   • Additional details for each can then be added.
   • Use the bulk upload options to quickly import your data from a spreadsheet.
   • It’s important all Tractors & Drivers are assigned to a Domicile
