FAST offers a variety of user roles for both our Administrative Portal as well as our Driver Portal.

All company users will login at the same location which can be bookmarked or accessed through our main website.

User Permission Levels in FAST:

  • Administrative User Access:
    • Authorized Officers can manage Administrative Users by navigating to Company Settings / User Management.
    • Administrative Users will have access to the admin portal which can be viewed on either a computer or mobile device
    • Administrative User Logins will be in the format “name@tspcompany”
  • Driver Access:
    • Driver Access is created and granted by navigating to the “Drivers” menu within the admin portal.
    • Once a driver has been created in FAST, they can be granted portal access on their Driver Profile page
    • Driver Logins will be in the format “DriverID@tspcompany”

 

Various permission levels are outlined below and an example view of each administrative level can be viewed here.

 

1. Authorized Officer (AO)

•Full administrative access, including adding and managing users.

•Can view and modify all settings and data under the Users menu.

•Responsible for assigning and testing access levels.

2. Payroll Specialist

•Access to payroll-related features, including employee payment data.

•Cannot modify global account settings or user permissions.

3. Business Contact

•Limited to viewing company-specific information and reports.

•Ideal for external consultants or stakeholders needing oversight.

4. Maintenance

•Access restricted to maintenance schedules, records, and logs.

•Cannot view financial or user-related data.

5. Driver Access

Driver/ELDP: Basic access to the Driver App, limited to viewing logs and personal data.

Driver Manager: Expanded access, including maintenance, scheduling, tractor location maps, driver information and more.

•Assigned through the Driver Profile by toggling “Enable Portal Access.”
