Optional verified operating stats
From the Hiring home, open Customize Careers Page and turn on Show verified pay stats on job postings. Choose any combination of Average weekly pay, Average weekly miles, and Fleet size (active drivers). The change is applied to active postings automatically.
Stats are fully anonymized, rounded, and withheld unless at least five active drivers contributed. They refresh from recent settlement data, so applicants see evidence from the operation rather than an unverified promise.
