Hiring training: courses, walkthroughs and live help

Learn the hiring suite

A guided course, a map of every workflow, and a human when you want one.

Start with the course

The Hiring Manager course walks the whole suite in order — posting a role, running the pipeline, interviewing, paperwork and hiring — with knowledge checks along the way and a certificate at the end. It tracks your progress, so you can do a module over coffee and pick it up tomorrow.

It is the right starting point for anyone who will run recruiting day to day, and it is worth an hour of an owner’s time to know what the team has.

Want a person instead?

Reading is not always the fastest way. Open a support ticket and ask for a hiring walkthrough — we will book a screen-share session and set the suite up alongside you: your first posting, your careers page branding, your interview availability and your calendar connection. New companies get this as part of onboarding; ask any time after that.

It is also the right route for anything specific to your operation — how to structure postings across several domiciles, what to put in your candidate emails, or which paperwork to collect before day one.

A practical first week. Day one: publish one posting and share the apply link with your current drivers for referrals. Day two: brand your careers page and put the link on your website. Day three: set your interview availability and connect your calendar so candidates can book themselves. Everything else can wait until you have applicants to work.

Is there a recorded video walkthrough?

The course is the walkthrough — written, screenshotted and kept current, which a recording is not. Where a workflow genuinely needs motion to make sense, the article embeds a clip. If you would rather be shown than read, ask support for a live session.

Do you run webinars?

We run walkthroughs on request rather than on a fixed schedule, because a session on your own postings and your own calendar beats a generic one. Open a ticket and ask.

Who should take the Hiring Manager course?

Whoever posts jobs and works the pipeline, plus anyone who covers for them. Owners typically read the executive brief and the overview instead.

Does the certificate mean anything outside FAST?

It certifies that the person can operate the FAST hiring suite. It is a training record for your team, not an industry credential.
